Gutter Clearing Prices (emptying)
From £70 (From £60 if booked with a neighbour as discount offered) Minor gutter and leak repairs are also available at an extra cost, I carry a limited supply of parts so be specific if you have an issue so I can ensure I have the spare ready. If I find an issue while clearing I will let you know.
Price will depend on property size , how many stories high, how many sides have gutters up top, amount of lower gutters to include, access around the property, type of gutters (Aluminium with internal slats or old large style gutters carry higher charge), Material in gutters pine needles carry a higher charge as a nightmare to clear and takes longer, also how far I need to travel.
If you have gutter guards or brushes in place in my experience they are bad as let the debris in but then you can't empty them. If there is safe access by ladder to remove them this can be offered at a charge.
* Any debris removed are not removed from site, ideal if you have compost pile, under a bush or spread on boarders as typically it is already compost, or bagged and binned*
Send full address and ideally a picture of each side of your house (showing the whole side if possible). WhatsApp is the easiest way to contact.
Cancellation policy:
I try to keep diary booked up so late cancelations are not good. If you need to change date give me as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of the planned service carry a 50% charge of the planned amount.
If I turn up on the day for the service and get turned away full charge is payable.
Payment terms:
Domestic payment to be completed within 24 hours of the work being completed.
Commercial payment to be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving the invoice.
Monthly Window Cleaning Prices
From only £14 per month
Price includes all windows, frames, sills and doors (garage doors extra).
Some window cleaners price to clean only the glass. Not us we clean it all. But to save any confusion conservatory roofs are never included.
We visit your property to give a no obligation quote for first clean and the ongoing monthly price. We try to can give you idea of price range from some details/pictures and address before visiting.
* I am up to close maximum capacity on most days so availability could be limited I don't overbook as priority is to keep standards high and be reliable*
We recommend one clean each month keeping your windows in great condition all year, but if you prefer cleaning every two months is also possible at 1/4 extra cost please this saves you money over the year (this is due to being dirtier and needing to maintain an opposite position)
Min price for fronts only is £10.
Cancellation policy:
I only have limited spaces on each window cleaning day skipping cleans are not good as I don't hold extra floating spaces its lost income and your windows are dirtier next time taking extra time. All skipped cleans a 50% charge of the planned amount. If I turn up on the day and there is no access to rear I will clean the front and full charge is payable.
I understand people may need to fully cancel due to many reasons just let me know if you have a standing order in place please do let me know as well as cancelling the order as I wont know and likely clean your windows again.
